- Working as key developers and cooperating closely with the team in normal and large projects.

- Working independently and lead other junior developers in some small projects.

- Cooperating with Technical Leader to analyze customer requirements and do the estimation.

- Research needed technologies in the project.

- Troubleshoot bugs in projects and propose good solutions to the project issues.- Coach junior members in the team to develop them.

- Contribute ideas, solutions to build up a strong team.

 - Contact directly with the customer to discuss requirements, technologies when needed.

- Nationality: Vietnamese

- At least 2 years of working experience in Java web application development

- English: good at reading, writing and speaking.

- Good understanding of background knowledge: OOP, Data Structure, Algorithm, DBMS.

- Good knowledge of developing Web applications in Java.

- Good skill with one of the following IDEs: Eclipse, NetBeans...

- Additional knowledge in .NET or PHP is a plus.

- Experienced in web servers, application servers (Apache Tomcat, JBoss, IBM Websphere).

- Experienced in team working with source control: CVS and SVN

- Experienced in design and architecture of large-scale software systems.

- Experienced in web development with the following frameworks: Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Tapestry...

- Good experience in programming with Java language, from version 1.4

- Has knowledge or experience about Java CMS, Portal is a plus.

- Experienced in developing desktop-based Java application with Swing or SWT is a plus.

- Experienced in developing web application with EJB is plus.
