TME will develop & execute territory fixed coverage plans, resource planning, cycle activities and to implement Marketing programs in order to create positive disposition among the trade & the consumers for brands.
- Implement brand and trade programmes in the outlets according to cycle plan.
- Ensure the effective and efficient use of resource in the territory (within the area).
* Key accountabilities:
Operational
- Ensure the achievement of defined KPIs: volume, distribution & OOS, freshness targets minimizing stock return for the respective territory.
- Ensure Trade Coverage Plan in respective territory
- Execute all Cycle Activities as per cycle instruction for respective TM territory
- Monitor all execution of Retail Communication plan by thrid parties/activation agencies in respective territory
- Ensure consumer pricing policy index in the key outlets within TMU is respected and maintained
- Execute all activities regarding to Retail Engagement Programs in respective territory
- Ensure continuous feedback collected from the field on new market trends, channels or any consumer & competitors’ movement within responsible TM territory and update Channel Manager on time
- Execute the Merchandising Plan effectively according to the instruction for the respective TM territory.
Leadership:
- Engage and influence DSR who is covering the same respective outlets
- Engage and influence the Retailers
- Proactively seek opportunities for growth and development in his territory
Management:
- Effectively manage all the Cycle activities in the outlets located within the territory
- Ensure all reports & feedback is gathered and collected and submitted on time as per cycle instruction
- Manage all assigned materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximise the use of organization assets.
- Ensure RCS info is updated as the real time with complete accuracy
- Negotiate retail touchpoints (i.e. positioning, visibility, investment) based on communication strategy & budget guideline
- Monitor brand’s performance in the outlets (own’s and competitors’)
- Manage relationship with Retailers & get regular feedback on the performance of Sales Activators
- Manage the effectiveness of consumer engagement activities carried out through Sales Activation in the outlets under his responsibility
- Provide necessary information on the ROI for the outlet
- Constant feedback on competitive movement
- Consumer information update
Relationship:
Internal:
- Close working relationship with the Field Force (ASE/DSR) to gain high level of trade support & loyalty
- Working in team to ensure all the Channels programs in respective territory are in line with instruction
- Close working relationship with Merchandising team to ensure effective execution of merchandising plan
- Working relationship with system team to smoothly manage SWIF operation
External
- Establish strong business relationship with key Organized Chain and key Customers
- Effective working relationship with Agencies (ie. Supervisor from SA agencies)
Innovation:
- Gather and generate ideas from customers and consumers in order to enhance brand performance in the market.
- Actively contributing to touch point development with customers for the respective TM territory.

- Preferably 2 year of University study or minimum High School graduate
- Minimum 2 years commercial experience
- Minimum English B level, Vietnamese fluent
