- Assist RSM in developing and managing sales team to achieve key accounts sales targets by developing supermarket customer accounts.
- To assist RSM in setting and achieving key account targets and deploy targets to customers and supervisors.
- Prepare and implement sales target for Sales supervisors via Key Account Sales Target.
- Monitor and analyze Sales Target Achievement with RSM by Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Yearly. Sales Report and revised sales plan when necessarily to improve situation.
- Build and maintain close ties with key account customers.
- Ensure all contractual commitments are met by both the Company and the Customers/ Distributors on timely delivery
- Conduct regular field inspections and carry out market and customer visits.
- Work closely with customers to improve sales position and achieve marketing objectives through trade and promotion campaigns, and provide timely and accurate feedback.
- Recommend suitable advertising and promotion programs.
- Maximize brand image at outlet level.
- Clearly explain to Sales team about policies and work procedures pertaining to sales operations.
- Assist in conducting training programs for sales team.
- Conduct regular field training for sales team.
- Work with RSM to set up, implement, review and improve policies and work procedures.
- To build a good teamwork spirit within all team members.
- Monitor and assess the performance of sales team.
- Work with Logistic Manager to develop an efficient and effective logistics system, particularly delivery to key account customers.
- Ensure prompt collections and credit control.
- Other tasks assigned by RSM and/or WD.

1. Knowledge:
- Educational background in business related field (MBA preferred).
- Male or female 30-40 yrs.
2. Experiences:
- Minimum 7 years experience as manager position for selling home appliance products in a professional organization as LG, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Electrolux …
- Only short-listed candidates who have experience in Electronic Sales Management at least 5 years will be contacted for interviews.
3. Skills
- Presentation, recruitment, training, sales & management skills.
- Honest, mature, and outgoing personality.
4. Abilities
- Can communicate both English and Vietnamese language (to be tested).
- Proficient in computer (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Work under high pressure.
