To manage and develop wholesales and distribution function on a country basis with main duties including:
- Conduct ongoing market analysis.
- Develop and control the departments of each category / product line together with the sales in manager in each region.
- In charge of target develop the markets and targets between strategy, analysis, market study.
- Develop suitable sales strategies and corresponding policies.
- Clarifying policies & procedures for wholesales.
- Submitting the plan for approval before actions.
- Hire, train and develop key staff in wholesales channel.
- Manage key account managers on a country.
- Assign tasks and manage the implementations of wholesales Dept specializing in direct and indirect sales of household, cosmetics, sports, beauty and beverage products.
- In charge of key staff working performance appraisal.
- Provide regular sales reporting to Wholesales Director and/or BOD.
- Other tasks assigned by BOD to ensure the wholesales operations are effectively.

1. Knowledge:
- Educational background in business related field (MBA preferred).
- Male or female 35-45 yrs.
- Foreigner, Overseas Vietnamese or local Vietnamese.
2. Experiences:
- Minimum 10 years management experience and at least 5 years to be in charge the position of National Sales Manager for selling home appliance products in a professional organization as LG, Samsung, Sony, Toshiba, Electrolux …
3. Skills
- Strong presentation skills.
- Honest, mature, and outgoing personality.
4. Abilities
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese language (to be tested).
