I. ACCOUNTABILITIES (Responsibilities)
· Be safety by themselves and take responsibility for promoting Lafarge’ s safety way to ADs’ drivers, Loaders, Contractors.
· Hit the sales target through supporting ADs to hit their target.
· Achieve ex_work price.
· Implement well and manage greatly Green Line Program: ADs, Lavilla shops, Green Shops.
· Solve the conflict between ADs in the assigned market as well as cooperate with other sales supervisor to solve ADs’ conflict in many larger areas.
· Collect information about the competitors: price structure, the promotion, the sales channel system.
· Make proposal to improve the work.
· Make the relationship with all ADs in the assigned market. Be willing to deal with new ADs as required.
· Make usually the sales call.
· Cooperate with Technical team to solve the complaint from customers.
· Participate in company’s project as required.
· Cooperate with other teams to implement the company’s objectives.
· Report on time.
II.KEY CUSTOMER & CHALLENGE
1) Internal & external positions contacted:
· Internal contact:
§ Make proposals for improvement.
§ Contact with Customer Service to ensure working efficiently and effectively.
§ Report to line Area Sales Manager and receive instruction from him (her).
§ Cooperate with Marketing team to implement efficiently and effectively marketing program.
§ Contact with Logistics team to ensure that the products deliver to customers on time.
· External contact:
§ Communicate to ensure the right information for external communication.
§ Take care of current customers.
§ Make relationship with competitors’ customers.
2) The major problems and difficulties/challenges:
- New product in old market with high price position.
- ADs sell four or five brands.
- Market domination by Holcim and Ha Tien.
- Around 10 brands in market.
- Limit capacity from the factory now is affected to the enthusiasm of some AD in term of high cooperation.
- Road and big river causes the difficulty for product delivery.
III. RESOURCES SUPERVISED
· Headcount: 1.
· Budget: be communicated on yearly basis by line Area Sales Manager.
· Volume: depends on the area.

o Good communication.

o Technical industries.
· Technical competencies preferred.

o Good skill in making relationship with customers, especially with ADs.

o Good skills MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
o Good English (Oral and written)
