* General Objectives of the Job :
· Handling several projects (Global projects and local projects)
· Understanding clients’ inquiries on product classification for Retail Tracking service to consult other teams (CS, DA) which would address clients’ needs.
· Managing projects from beginning to the end.
· Coordinate with other teams to make sure the projects is conducted properly and with highest quality level and most profitable (cost control)
· Keep track on the execution of projects to identify and solve issues/problems timely
- Assist manager in client service: prepare draft proposal, conduct presentation, analysis, be in touch with client at the same level (e.g. brand manager or executive), write draft report
- Provide coaching and training to staff
* Duties and Responsibilities
· Responsible on Product Itemization
· Handling inquiries on products (raised by Internal and External clients)
· Handling Local and Global projects
· Developing, promoting and supervising the activities of Coding staff
· Perform basic clerical duties
· Coordinate with other teams for the execution of the projects
· Control cost of the projects
· Provide training and supervision to staff to make sure they are capable of executing the job as per requirement
· Responsible for the accuracy and delivery of new item database
· Assist manager in product information and client’s inquiries: prepare proposal, analyze results, communicate with clients at appropriate level (e.g. brand manager or executive)
· Compiling training documents on product categories for Coders and Data Acquisition

· University graduated
· Management skill
· Ability to work carefully with details
· Knowledge of Retail audit technique/process
· Teamwork
· Having a good knowledge of products
· English skills (Level C or equivalence)
· MS Office (Access, Excel, Outlook)
· Problem solving skill
· 1-3 years experience in any field related to products or product information
